My key areas of focus are education, jobs with benefits and a living wage, reliable rural internet service, attracting businesses to the area, and working in collaboration with the city of Lima, every township, and AEDG to plan for a future of growth.

With those priorities firmly in place, I will:

Support Education & Workforce Development

• Collaborate with The HUB and local business to support youth programs
• Work with local businesses to assure adequate training and recruiting is available to fill their workforce needs.
• Work with the Hub and local chemical manufacturers to establish The HUB as a            premiere Midwest training facility for chemical industry

Attract Business

• Recruit unemployed and underemployed workers
