I have extensive experience in working with federal and state agencies. My most recent experience with workforce development includes managing DOL and EDA grants promoting manufacturing careers in West Central Ohio.

My key areas of focus are education, jobs with benefits and a living wage, reliable rural internet service, attracting businesses to the area, and working in collaboration with the city of Lima, every township, and AEDG to plan for a future of growth.

I have seen our county losing population and being slow in growing our business base. I believe that through cooperative work with the county, city and our rural townships that we can build a community that is capable of growth. I hope to provide leadership that will drive us in a direction that keeps our children living, and working in Allen County, not because they have to but because they want to.
